Shipping Policy

Rates

Shipping is a single nationwide flat rate, shown at checkout:

• All of Peru: S/ 15.00 flat rate per order
• Free local pickup available in Miraflores, Lima (see below)

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed; orders confirmed before 4:00 p.m. are usually dispatched the same business day
• Lima: estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
• Provinces: estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, via Olva Courier or an equivalent operator, with agency pickup or home delivery depending on destination
• Once dispatched, we send you the tracking number by email
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control (weather, strikes, holidays); we will keep you informed

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available at the distributor's office: Av. José Pardo 537, Miraflores, Lima, Perú. Select "Local pickup" at checkout; we'll contact you when your order is ready (attention hours 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.).

Your address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information (name, address, district, references, contact phone). Orders returned or reshipped due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs payable by the customer.

On delivery

We recommend checking the package condition upon receipt. If you notice visible damage or discrepancies with your order, contact us within 24 hours at moldeateperu@gmail.com attaching photographs.
