Information we collect

We may collect the following personal information when you visit our website or place an order:

• Full name and identity document number (DNI, CE or passport, when required for invoicing or delivery)
• Shipping and billing address
• Email address and telephone number
• Payment information (processed securely by Niubiz — we never see or store full card details)
• Order history and account details

How we use your information

Your personal information is used exclusively for:

• Processing and fulfilling orders, including payment, electronic receipts and shipping
• Verifying the buyer's identity and preventing fraud
• Managing exchanges, warranty claims and customer support
• Sending marketing communications only with your prior, express consent
• Legal, accounting and tax compliance (SUNAT and other authorities)

Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• SSL/TLS-encrypted website and checkout
• Secure third-party payment processing (Niubiz, PCI DSS certified)
• Restricted internal access to personal data

Third-party sharing

We may share limited personal information with trusted third parties, including the payment gateway (Niubiz), shipping and courier providers (e.g. Olva Courier) and e-commerce service providers.

Orders placed in our Peru store are prepared and shipped by PSQ S.A.C., the authorized local distributor. To fulfil your order, we share with the distributor the details needed to do so — your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address and the items ordered — solely to prepare, ship and support your delivery. Distributors are contractually bound to protect this information, may not use it for their own marketing or any purpose other than fulfilling your order, and must delete or return it when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

We may also disclose personal information where required by law or by a competent authority (SUNAT, INDECOPI, the Judiciary, the National Police or the Personal Data Protection Authority).

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Data retention

We keep order and billing records only as long as needed to provide customer support, honour exchanges and warranties, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally five years for tax records under Peruvian law). When information is no longer required, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside Peru. Wherever your information is processed, we require adequate levels of protection equivalent to those of Peruvian law, in accordance with Chapter IV of the Regulations of Law No. 29733.

Your rights (ARCO-POL)

Under Law No. 29733 you may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and limitation of processing, and revoke your consent at any time. You may also:

• Withdraw your consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us
• Lodge a complaint with the National Personal Data Protection Authority (ANPD) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights if you consider your rights have not been properly addressed

Minors

The store is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to have it deleted.
