Authorized distribution

Moldeate World products are distributed in Peru by PSQ S.A.C. (Moldeate Perú), authorized official distributor, with offices at Av. José Pardo 537, Miraflores, Lima, Perú.

About our shaping garments

Moldeate World shaping garments are designed for everyday comfort and styling. Shaping effects vary from person to person and depend on correct fit, size selection and garment care.

Pricing and taxes

• All prices in the Peru store are listed in Peruvian Soles (S/, PEN)
• Prices include the 18% General Sales Tax (IGV) — no additional tax is added at checkout
• Shipping is not included in product prices unless expressly stated
• Prices and availability may change without prior notice; the applicable price is the one in force when your order is confirmed

Payment

Payments are processed by Niubiz, a PCI DSS-certified Peruvian payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). We never see or store your full card details.

Electronic receipts (SUNAT)

Electronic payment receipts (boleta or factura) are issued by the local distributor in accordance with SUNAT regulations. If you require a factura, indicate it at the time of purchase providing the correct RUC and business name; once issued, receipts cannot be modified.

Promotions

• Promotions and discount codes are not cumulative unless expressly stated — one discount per order
• Promotional items are subject to the conditions published with each campaign

Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipping conditions and our exchange policy are described in the Shipping Policy and the Exchange Policy of this store, which form an integral part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All website content, including logos, images, graphics, and text, is the property of MED and/or its authorized distributors and licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.

Proper use of the site

You agree not to place fraudulent orders or use false information, not to attempt to breach the security of the site, and not to use unauthorized automated tools.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for:

• Improper or unintended use of products
• Use outside the garment's size, care and use instructions

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or logistical disruptions.

Fraud prevention and errors

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity, and to correct evident material errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability — with prior notice and full refund where an order is affected.

Consumer protection

Your rights as a consumer are protected by the Consumer Protection and Defense Code — Law No. 29571. A virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones) is available in this store, and you may also file a complaint with INDECOPI.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the judges and courts of Lima, without prejudice to the consumer-protection jurisdiction provided by Law No. 29571.
