Processing and delivery

• Order processing time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery times depend on the selected courier
• All Canadian orders are prepared and shipped from our Canadian distribution location in Newfoundland
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

Rates and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination:

• Newfoundland and Labrador: $8.00 CAD flat rate
• Rest of Canada: $12.00 CAD flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD before taxes

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available for Newfoundland orders at our distribution center: 23B Legion Road, Portugal Cove–St. Philip's, NL A1M 2R5. Select "Local pickup" at checkout; we'll email you when your order is ready.

Your address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
