Exchange & Return Policy

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 2 calendar days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached and original packaging intact
• No stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear
• Garments must only be tried on over clean underwear
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless the error is attributable to us

Non-eligible items

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons:

• No refunds are offered
• Used or altered items are not accepted
• Promotional or final sale items are not eligible
• Customized or modified garments are excluded

Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence
• After evaluation, we may offer a product replacement or store credit

Legal compliance

This policy complies with applicable federal and provincial consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

How to request an exchange

• Order number
• Full name
• Reason for the request
• Photos (if applicable)

Right of refusal
