Exchange Policy

At Moldeate, we take great pride in our reputation for quality, service, and excellent value. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may exchange it for another product within 14 days of your original purchase date.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

Time Frame: Products may be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for an exchange. We cannot accept any garment that has been opened, worn, washed, dried, soiled, stained, or covered in pet hair.

2. Exchange Process

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

Processing Time: Exchanges will not be processed if the request is made after 14 days of receipt.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Due to government regulations, any garment that does not meet our strict return standards (e.g., those with odors such as smoke or perfume) cannot be exchanged.

3. Manufacturing Defects

We strive to provide products of the highest quality, free from defects. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact our Customer Service team before using the product, and within 30 days of receipt, to report the issue.

4. Important Notes

No Direct Returns/Refunds: We do not offer direct returns or refunds at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our exchange policy as outlined above.

Lost Return Shipments: Moldeate is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning items.
