Exchange Policy

Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Each order can be exchanged only once. The shipping cost of the exchange is borne by the customer, except where the error is attributable to us.

Exchanges are received at our store: Body Shapers, 10 Rue de St James, Marigot, St. Martin.

• The garment must be unused and unwashed
• It must keep its original tags and packaging
• It must show no stains, odours, makeup or signs of use

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. After review we will offer a replacement or store credit.
