Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted. The shipping cost of the exchange is borne by the customer, except where the error is attributable to us.

• The garment must be unused and unwashed
• It must keep its original tags and packaging
• It must show no stains, odours, makeup or signs of use

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. After review we will offer a replacement or store credit.
