These Terms of Use (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) is an agreement between you and Moldeate (“Moldeate,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) and sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the website Moldeate, Amalur By Moldeate, which are owned and operated by Moldeate, and any successor websites (the “Site”), and other interactive properties, including but not limited to our mobile applications (collectively referred to herein as the “Moldeate Applications”).
