SIZE GUIDE · UPDATED 2026
How to measure

Three measurements decide your fit.

Grab a soft measuring tape and measure on bare skin or thin clothing. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight. A mirror or a friend helps.

  1. 01
    Stand relaxed.

Arms at your sides, breathe normally — no sucking in.

  2. 02
    Keep the tape level.

It should sit parallel to the floor all the way around.

  3. 03
    Between sizes?

Size up for everyday comfort, or down for firmer shaping — whichever you prefer.

Common questions

Fit questions, answered.

01What if I'm between two sizes?

For firmer shaping size down; for everyday comfort size up. Our customer care team can help you decide.

02How should it fit?

Snug and smoothing, never painful. If it digs in or rolls, try the next size.

03Do different styles fit the same?

Each piece is designed for a purpose, so the fit can vary — check the chart on the product page.
